With hundreds of commercial and residential properties under our care, your legal expertise will help ensure our estates operate smoothly, legally, and sustainably. Key Responsibilities

  • Support on acquisitions, disposals, and Land Registry applications.
  • Advise on planning matters, lease repair obligations, and property litigation.
  • Work closely with Property, Estates, and Facilities teams to solve real-world challenges.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal representatives.
  • Advising on planning and enforcement, as well as reviewing and drafting basic applications and comments/objections relating to general planning permissions, listed building and conservation area consents, street trading licences, and advertising and signage consents.
  • Advising on lease repair and refurbishment obligations, assisting with property litigation and title matters, and supporting the management of the residential and long leasehold portfolio.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Is a qualified solicitor with proven PQE experience in commercial property.
  • Can deliver pragmatic, commercially astute legal advice with clarity and confidence.
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable handling a varied workload.
  • Has a team-first mindset, contributing positively to our in-house legal function.
  • Demonstrated understanding of using software packages such as Microsoft Office, as well as database systems to maintain records and client information.

What we provide to you…

  • Annual salary of up to £55,000.
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • BUPA Private Healthcare (Self).
  • 10% Company Bonus.
  • Pension Scheme 4% Matched.
  • Life Assurance X2 Annual Salary.
  • Free On-Site Parking.
  • Access to our internal apprentice & personal development schemes.
