Supporting the Head of Region and Cluster Managers, you’ll help us drive forward strategic priorities, ensure smooth administration, and deliver impactful regional initiatives.

If you thrive in a dynamic, people-first environment and enjoy balancing structure with problem-solving, this could be your next big opportunity.

Why This Role Matters:

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to regional leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Drive regional projects and strategic initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Act as the go-to liaison across departments, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports that support compliance and operational insight.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help onboard new regional staff.
  • Uphold FCA conduct standards and support quality assurance processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings high emotional intelligence and empathy to every interaction.
  • Is super-organised, efficient, and thrives on balancing competing priorities.
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Has a proactive mindset with a knack for solving problems before they arise.
  • Is confident handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Has experience supporting regional teams or working in project/admin-heavy roles.

Essential Experience:

  • Background in project coordination, executive assistance, or regional admin.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in regulated or client-sensitive sectors (e.g. healthcare, legal, funeral care) is a plus.

What We Offer

  • £4,000 annual car allowance
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • BUPA private healthcare (Self)
  • Company pension, life assurance, and employee assistance programme
  • Annual company bonus
  • Full training and support from regional and central teams
