Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:30 / Friday 07:00 - 11:00)
Location: Dignity Manufacturing, Hutton Cranswick, East Yorkshire.
Salary: £26,208.00

As a key member of our Warehouse Team at Dignity Manufacturing, you will help ensure our logistics and stock operations run efficiently, supporting our mission to deliver with care and precision.
The role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be involved in the full logistics cycle—from receiving and storing goods, to picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch. Your role is vital in maintaining smooth and accurate warehouse operations. Your duties will also include:
- Accurately receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Picking and packing items based on production and delivery schedules.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (training provided).
- Carrying out regular stock checks and inventory control.
- Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and stored.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Supporting team efficiency and warehouse process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
This role would suit someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
- Possesses strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Is comfortable working in a physically active role and standing for long periods.
- Has a good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Is a team player with clear communication skills.
- Is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to meaningful work.
- Forklift truck certification would be beneficial but is not required (training provided).
