About the Roles
Our roles vary, but all share a common purpose: supporting families with care, dignity, and professionalism at one of the most important times in their lives.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting families before, during, and after the funeral
- Arranging funeral services and managing administration
- Carrying out ceremonial duties on the day of the funeral
- Driving funeral vehicles.
- Providing compassionate, professional support to colleagues and the community
We have full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit different lifestyles and career stages.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous funeral industry experience for many of our roles, full training and support will be provided. We’re looking for people who:
- Are caring, empathetic, and professional
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Are reliable, flexible, and take pride in their work
- Are comfortable working in sensitive situations
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (essential for many roles)
