- Leading commercial negotiations and procurement strategy to drive value and long-term partnerships.
- Managing enterprise risk across estate and fleet, balancing cost, service continuity and long-term benefit.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to ELT, presenting on performance, strategy and investment decisions.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a senior, credible leader who can bring structure, clarity and commercial discipline to a complex environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing a large, multi-site property estate in an operational or customer-facing environment.
- Strong track record delivering transformation, refurbishments or estate optimisation programmes.
- Experience owning and influencing high-value investment decisions and business cases.
- Deep understanding of compliance, health & safety and regulatory environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk and operational impact.
- The confidence to operate at Executive and Board level, influencing and owning decisions.
- A leadership style that builds high-performing, service-focused teams.

This role offers the opportunity to:
- Shape and lead national infrastructure strategy.
- Drive meaningful change across a unique and purpose-led organisation.
- Own decisions with real commercial and operational impact.
- Be part of a values-led business supporting customers at the most important moments in life.
