Future Opportunities

Probate Administrator

An excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to begin a career within legal and probate services.

You will support the wider probate team through:

  • Case onboarding and system administration
  • Processing post and managing shared inboxes
  • KYC, AML, and compliance checks
  • Data entry and case setup across operational systems
  • Closure administration and financial processing

This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Probate Case Handler

Ideal for individuals with legal administration or probate support experience who are looking to develop their technical knowledge and progress within probate.

You will be responsible for:

  • Will checking and backlog clearance
  • Drafting legal correspondence and notices
  • Liaising with banks and financial institutions
  • Completing compliance activities and searches
  • Supporting efficient progression of probate matters

This role combines administration with early-stage legal process work and offers an excellent pathway into case management. 

Junior Case Manager

Perfect for candidates with probate, estate administration, or private client experience who are ready to manage their own caseload.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing non-complex probate and estate administration matters
  • Preparing probate applications and IHT documentation
  • Communicating with executors, beneficiaries, and institutions
  • Supporting clients through sensitive life events
  • Assisting Senior Case Managers on more complex estates

This position offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while delivering exceptional client care. 

Senior Case Manager

An exciting opportunity for experienced probate professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with mentoring and quality assurance responsibilities.

You will

  • Manage complex and high-value estates
  • Provide technical guidance and legal oversight
  • Review probate applications and IHT submissions
  • Mentor junior colleagues
  • Support process improvement and innovation initiatives

This role is suited to experienced probate specialists, Solicitors, or Chartered Legal Executives looking to play a key role in a modern, technology-enabled probate business.
